Use the form below for requests about information controlled by Monolith Corp. If the information belongs to one of our clients and Monolith is acting only as their processor, we may need to refer the request to that client and will tell you when that applies.

For example an account email, project name, or the category of data you are asking about.

What happens next

We record the request, assess the applicable right, verify identity as needed, search relevant systems (including accounts, tickets, enquiry records and analytics stores), coordinate with processors where required, and document the response.
